CS2021-62-P-7624 - Security Upgrades

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Capital Projects Planning and Delivery requires the services of a Contractor for security upgrades in a residential townhouse located at 688-700 McGee Street, Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of a complete and operational CCTV security camera system. This includes the cameras, headend, remote viewing connections, interconnection wiring and all required accessories. The supply and installation of a card access control system for the storage shed, includes all devices, controllers, remote access connections, interconnection wiring and all required accessories.  Supply and installation of new distribution equipment. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 27, 2021 at 9:00AM local time. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the project lead via email at paul.surgeoner@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of day of October 26, 2021.
When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.
 
Bidders are to meet at 688 McGee St., Winnipeg, MB
Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Lead.
 
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn during the site visit.
 
Deadline for questions is November 3, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
