Description

Manitoba Housing requires the supply of goods/services from a general contractor to provide the full scope of services associated with the roofing and/or raingear for housing projects in need of replacement, maintenance, warranty or emergency repair calls as further described in this RFSO. This tender is oriented to sloped asphalt shingle roofs and raingear. An Independent lab test will be completed to determine whether existing roofing material contains asbestos which will determine how the old roof will be removed. Also included will be eaves trough and raingear cleaning and inspection to be completed as required; as well as vinyl siding repairs only.
