With this Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”), The Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Manitoba Housing”) is aiming to select a qualified Proponent to act as the Prime Consultant and lead an interdisciplinary team of consultants and Sub-consultants to provide the scope of engineering services associated with Manitoba Housing Project 7579 located at 2A,B,CD,E, 3A,B,C,D,E, 11, 13, 15, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 Outhwaite Dr. and 400, 402, 404, 406, 408, 410, 414, 416, 418, 420, 422, 424, 430, 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, 437, 438 Sveinson St., in Selkirk, Manitoba.
The project consists of site improvement work and sanitary waste and storm water piping upgrades. The site is comprised of residential townhouse units. The 39 two storey units consist of six 2 bedroom units, nineteen 3 bedroom units, and fourteen 4 bedroom units. All units are situated on full basements. The existing townhouses were originally commissioned in 1979. Manitoba Housing requires the services of a Prime Consultant team to deliver an assessment report along with recommendations for the corrective work needed based on the investigation and findings. Detailed design and construction contract administration services will also be required for this project.

Location: 36 Outhwaite Dr., Selkirk, Manitoba
Proponents attending the above scheduled mandatory site visit must meet outside the project site location prior to 10:00 A.M. CST.

Submission deadline is January 29, 2020 at 2:00:00 p.m. CST. Proposals must be submitted electronically, prior to Submission Deadline, through MERX at www.merx.com/manitobahousing, the Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System used by Manitoba Housing. Proposals submitted by personal delivery or courier, fax or e-mail are not permitted and will not be considered. It is solely the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received by Manitoba Housing through the MERX EBS System before the Submission Deadline. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.
