Description

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform furnace replacements at 22 townhouse units.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, remove and replace furnace and thermostat, install chimney liner, and duct cleaning.
Units will be occupied during installation.
If bidder's wish to attend the site, an appointment may be made by contacting Robert Nygaard at 204-451-3805.
Requests for equal must be submitted on a completed form provided at this link: Request for Equal Form. The completed form must be received ten (10) business days before the submission deadline. Submit via email to the Project Manager at robert.nygaard@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for questions is October 8, 2020. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Bid Submission deadline is October 15, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM Central Daylight Time. It is solely the Bidders responsibility to ensure its bid is submitted in accordance with the electronic bid submission instructions. No other form of bid submission will be accepted. Bids that do not comply with submission instructions will be deemed non-compliant.
