Additional Bidding Instructions

Manitoba Housing requires the supply of goods/services from general contractors to service and repair gas and electric furnaces, HRV, AC coil inspection, dryer vent and exhaust fans for the Brandon and surrounding areas. The work would include the supply of labour, material and equipment for service and cleaning as well as the establishment of the current condition of the overall system performance of immediate remedial work. A 24 -hour on call service has to be made available.
