Description

Manitoba Housing requires the supply of goods/services from a general contractor to covers the inspection, cleaning, testing and servicing of gas and electric furnaces, dryer vent cleaning and inspection and A/C coil inspection and service for units in the city of Winnipeg. The work would include the establishment of the current condition of the overall system, performance of immediate remedial work and install “Service Record” Label and Labels as required by the City of Winnipeg Fire Prevention By-Law 150/2004. A 24 -hour on call service has to be made available.
The agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years with an anticipated commencement date of October 1, 2016. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this agreement for two (2) optional two (2) year extensions.
