Description

Manitoba Housing is dedicated to open, fair and transparent business conduct. This is a public tender open to all Bidders. Any resulting Contract will be in the form of a CCDC2 (2008) Stipulated Price Contract as amended by Manitoba Housing Supplemental Conditions.

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform flat roof repairs at 10 complexes located on Fife Street and Mapleglen Avenue in Winnipeg, MB.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, remove and replace flat roof membrane as per the attached specifications and drawings.

Work site location will be occupied during construction.

Submission must be uploaded to MERX electronic bidding system. Submissions received by any other means will not be accepted.

Requests for equal specifications must be submitted on a completed form provided at the following link: Request for Equal Form. The completed form must be received ten (10) business days before the submission deadline. Submit via email to the Project Manager at:
