This is a public tender open to all bidders.

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a general contractor to perform fire restoration to three units located in The Pas, MB. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing work, interior doors. Exterior work includes, but not limited to, siding, soffit, fascia, gutter, windows and exterior door.

Work will take place in vacant units within a fully occupied building.
