Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Contractor to perform exterior upgrades and site work to 3 single family homes.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of windows and doors, roofs, gutters, downspout, soffit, facia, siding, exterior, step & landing, fencing; electrical work, crawlspace upgrade, waterproofing of exterior wall foundation; and site work.
Work site location will be occupied during construction.
An optional site visit is scheduled for September 22, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT). Bidders are to meet at the main entrance.
Deadline for questions is September 29, 2020. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at el.delacruz@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html
and submit to the project manager at leo.sandirasegaram@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
Bid submission deadline is October 6, 2020 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the ebid requirements.
