Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Contractor to perform exterior site work on two 2-storey townhouse buildings with 10 units in total.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of entry steps, steel insulated exterior doors and aluminum storm doors, window wells, parking plugs & posts, garbage storage, and concrete sidewalks; repair negative grade; regrade parking lot and remove and replace parking stops; remove concrete patio; remove, trim & planting trees, and sodding.
An mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 28, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT). Bidders are to meet at the main entrance.
Deadline for questions is November 3, 2020. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at el.delacruz@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at gavin.scott@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
Bid submission deadline is November 10, 2020 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
