Additional Bidding Instructions

Manitoba Housing requires the supply of goods/services from a general contractor to perform semi annual and annual inspections, test and verify Emergency Electrical Power Supply Systems (EEPSS), auxiliary controls and devices . Perform immediate remedial work as required, report detailed information for remedial programs necessary to upgrade and improve the system. 24 hour service calls will also be required. Manitoba Housing has more than 50 buildings that utilize EEPSS.
