Description

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform an elevator modernization on one passenger elevator servicing six floors.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the complete furnishing and installing of all labour and materials required to modernize one passenger configuration hydraulic elevator. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

An optional site visit is scheduled for December 3, 2020. Suppliers who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of the business day on December 2, 2020. Due to COVID restrictions, only 3 people will be allowed to visit the site at a time. The time of the site visit will be confirmed upon registration.

The completed form must be received ten (10) business days before the su bmission deadline. Submit via email to the Project Manager at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca

Submission deadline is December 17, 2020 at 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. It is solely the Bidders responsibility to ensure its bid is submitted in accordance with the electronic bid submission instructions. No other form of bid submission will be accepted. Bids that do not comply with submission instructions will be deemed non-compliant.

Suppliers who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of the business day on December 2, 2020.
When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.
The first 3 suppliers to respond will be scheduled to visit the site at 10:00 a.m., the second 3 to respond will be scheduled to visit the site at 11:00 a.m., and so on.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn during the site visit.
If a supplier attends the optional site visit without pre-registering, they will only be accepted if there are less than 5 people present. Otherwise, you will be asked to attend at a later time.
If Bidders are not available to attend the scheduled site visit but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager, Chris Cruz, at 204-805-4711.
