Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform an elevator modernization of one hydraulic passenger elevator located in a five storey apartment building. Work site location will be occupied during construction. The Contractor will be required to coordinate work with the Fire Alarm Service Provider engaged by Manitoba Housing.
There is no scheduled site visit for this project. If Bidders wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager, Chris Cruz, at 204-805-4711.
Deadline for questions is June 5, 2019. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
Bid submission deadline is June 12, 2019 at 2:00:00 P.M. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender.
