Description

This is a public tender open to all Bidders.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform a deconstruction of a two storey building.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, removal of utilities to point of origin, deconstruction of the existing structure including foundation, and backfill and seeding of area.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 9, 2020 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Bidders are to meet at the site prior to 1:00 PM CST to sign the site attendance.
Questions are to be submitted no later than September 15, 2020 to the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is September 22, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM CST. It is solely the Bidders responsibility to ensure its bid is submitted in accordance with the electronic bid submission instructions. No other form of bid submission will be accepted. Bids that do not comply with submission instructions will be deemed non-compliant.
