Description

This is a public Request for Tender (RFT) open to all Bidders.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform a deconstruction of a 14 unit two storey maisonette.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, hazardous material disposal, removal of utilities to point of origin, deconstruction of the existing structure including foundation, and backfill and seed of area.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Bidders are to meet outside the site to sign the site attendance.
Deadline for questions is September 9, 2020. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is September 16, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM CST. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this RFT.
