This is part one of a two part tender process. Part One (prequalification) will be evaluated in accordance with Section 18. Those Bidders whose Part One – Prequalification receives a minimum of 85 out of a possible 100 available evaluation points will be contacted via email by the Contract Administrator to participate in Part Two – Bid Submission.

This is a public tender open to all Bidders. Any resulting contract will be CCDC2 (2008) Stipulated Price Contract as amended by Manitoba Housing Supplemental Conditions.

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Contractor for the deconstruction of a six unit townhouse and new build of a six unit townhouse. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, complete deconstruction of existing townhouse and re-construction of six new conventionally wood-framed five bedroom townhouses including excavation for and construction of foundations, backfill, compaction, grading, site work, servicing, landscaping, fencing and paving.

The six unit townhouse is currently vacant, but the rest of the townhouse complex will be fully tenanted during the project.
