Manitoba Housing requires a Prime Structural Consultant to lead a team to provide engineering and architectural services for the scope of work as outlined in Appendix 1 Scope of Work.
The project consists of structural remediation to the masonry walls and precast balconies, balcony railings and site work of a 31 unit, five storey apartment building. The work includes exterior structural remediation of walls and balconies, insulation, parapet flashing, steps, ramps, exterior balcony doors, site grading, sidewalks, patios, parking lots, fencing, and landscaping. The building will be occupied during the duration of the project.

Deadline for questions is January 6, 2021. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is January 12, 2021 at 2:00:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted electronically, prior to submission deadline, through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. Proposals submitted by personal delivery, courier, fax, or e-mail are not permitted and will not be considered. It is solely the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received before the Submission Deadline. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.
