This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.

Manitoba Housing is inviting consulting service providers to act as a Prime Consultant in the delivery of new mechanical systems at 330 & 331 Blake St., Winnipeg MB as further described in the Appendix 1 – Scope of Work. The existing property was commissioned in 1978 and have undergone Deep Refresh in three separate phases completed in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

An optional site visit is scheduled for December 9, 2020 Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at el.delacruz@gov.mb.ca prior to noon of December 8, 2020. When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.

Bidders are to meet at 330 Blake St., Winnipeg, MB
The attendance sheet will not be passed around for signing. Attendance sheets will be prefilled based on pre-registration. Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Manager. Deadline for questions is December 16, 2020. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at el.delacruz@gov.mb.ca.

Bid submission deadline is December 23, 2020 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
