Description

Manitoba Housing requires a Prime Consultant to lead a team to address fire detection and emergency lighting system upgrades at the four locations:

Asset 451500: 159 7th St., Birtle, MB: Single storey 4 unit maisonette
Asset 549620: 1st St. N & Railway Ave., Moosehorn, MB: Single storey 20 unit maisonette
Asset 7218: 287 Ingolfs St., Arborg, MB: Single storey 33 unit maisonette
Asset 86010: 257 Hargrave St. E, Virden, MB: Two storey 38 unit apartment

All locations require modernization of the building fire alarm systems, emergency lighting systems and in suite smoke alarms, fire stopping at wall and floor penetrations, and updated fire safety plans. The Consultant team will be required to deliver the detailed design and construction contract administration for this project.

Deadline for questions is October 15, 2020. Questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.

Submission deadline is October 22, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MERX. Proposals submitted by personal delivery or courier, fax or e-mail are not permitted and will not be considered. It is solely the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received by Manitoba Housing through the MERX EBS System before the Submission Deadline. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.
