Manitoba Housing requires a Prime Consultant to lead a team to deliver the detailed design and construction contract administration for the property located at 11 Marlene St., Winnipeg, MB.
The project consists of deconstruction of one - six unit, two storey townhouse building on a lot owned by Manitoba Housing which has reached the end of its life cycle and construction of a new conventional site built six unit, two storey townhouse building with three bedrooms. The new townhouse building will be required to adopt a similar design aesthetic and material palette to the newly constructed townhouse building at 9 Marlene Street, to establish a new community aesthetic for the 13 adjacent properties. Design is to include all required site work.
Anyone wishing to visit the site can make an appointment with the Project Manager, Alejandro Umandal at alejandro.umandal@gov.mb.ca. Anyone wishing to walk through 9 Marlene must be wearing all required PPE (at minimum, steel toed footwear, safety vest, and hard hat).
