2019-113-P-7313 - Consultant, Confined Space Upgrade

Manitoba Housing requires a Prime Consultant to lead a team in providing work for a confined space upgrade at 145 Powers St., Winnipeg, MB, as outlined in Appendix 1 Scope of Work. The project consists of a confined space upgrade in a twelve story apartment building. The work includes structural, plumbing and drainage related to domestic water and drain piping repair, any related electrical, and required asbestos and mould remediation.
An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Date:             Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT)
Location:      145 Powers Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba
Proponents attending the above scheduled site visit must meet outside the main entrance of 145 Powers St. prior to 10:00 A.M. CDT to sign the Site Attendance.
As the space is a level 4 confined space, any Proponent wishing to access the space must make an appointment with the Project Manager. Access will only be granted to individuals who have confined space certification and they must follow the safety guidelines for Confined Space Entry.
