Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a Contractor to perform a common area floor replacement in a 16 storey apartment building located at 505 Munroe Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of old flooring containing asbestos, replacement of flooring in common area hallways on floors 2 through 16, the main floor entrance, hallway, multipurpose room, library and office. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
Approximate budget for the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 27, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. Bidders are to meet at the front entrance prior to 10am to sign the site attendance sheet.
Deadline for questions is December 4, 2018. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at alejandro.umandal@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
Bid submission deadline is December 11, 2018 at 2:00:00 P.M. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender.
