A three (3) year service and maintenance contract for 25 Biological Safety Cabinets, 4 Fume Hoods, and 4 Laminar Flow Cabinets – services are to include the following:

Annual maintenance and certification of each cabinet and hood according to schedule
As needed remedial repair, including all parts and labour, charged on a per incident basis;
Priority response for remedial repair
Maximum three (3) hour on-site response time for all remedial repair calls
All maintenance, servicing, and certification for cabinets and hoods to be performed by NSF certified personnel (proof of current NSF certification required for all service staff)
