Description

A three (3) year service and maintenance contract (silver level) for an eMag Nucleic Acid Extraction system, to include the following:

One (1) on-site preventative maintenance visit per year (including travel, labour, all required parts, and quality assurance documentation)
All remedial repair on a when and as needed basis (including travel, labour, and all required parts)
All service to be provided during regular business hours (weekdays, 8 am to 6 pm)
Unlimited telephone support during regular business hours
Remote electronic support during regular business hours
All servicing (maintenance and repair) to be performed by Service Engineers who are trained and certified to service the eMag Nucleic Acid Extraction system
