Three year service contract for two Vista Isoplaters (one model 180, one model 180i), to include the following:

Unlimited number of demand on-site visits with priority response for remedial repair
All labour, travel and replacement parts for remedial repair
Service labels and certificates where applicable
Minimum of two planned maintenance visits per year, with no extra charges for replacement parts, labour or travel
All applicable software updates and notifications
All servicing (maintenance and repair) to be performed by Service Engineers who are certified and trained to service Vista Isoplaters

Vendors who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the services described in this NOI should submit a statement of capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this NOI on or before the closing date of this NOI. The statement of capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the Vendor meets or exceeds the contract requirements set out in this NOI.

All statements of capabilities received on or before the closing date of this NOI will be reviewed to determine if any Vendors, other than Unity Lab Services, part of Thermo-Fisher Scientific, are capable of meeting the requirements.

Written statements of capabilities, referencing NOI #MHSAL20170002 are to be faxed or emailed, and must be received no later than August 4, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. (CDT), (the ‘closing date’).
