Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide:

All maintenance services, repair services, all on-site or off-site services for the the Waters Xevo TQ and Xevo TQ-S Micro tandem mass spectrometry systems owned and operated by Cadham Provincial Laboratory for use of newborn screening testing of dried blood spot specimens.
These Services are to be performed regularly according to a schedule set by CPL, and on an as-needed basis (remedial repair), to ensure proper functioning of equipment to required specifications, with full coverage for original parts, materials, labour, and travel, priority technical support during normal business hours, and priority response for remedial repair service calls
