A three (3) year service and maintenance contract for a QIAxtractor/QIAcube HT, to include the following:

Unlimited on site remedial repair service for the duration of the contract
One (1) annual preventive maintenance for the duration of the contract, to include:
- All labour/travel
- All necessary parts
All parts, labour and travel for remedial repair on an as-needed basis for the duration of the contract
Five (5) business day response time
All maintenance and servicing to be performed by Qiagen trained and certified technicians
