Description

A three (3) year service and maintenance contract for the Bio-Rad Variant NBS (Newborn Screening) System, to include the following:

Two (2) full preventative maintenance visits onsite, to include:
- All labour/travel
- All necessary parts and service
Full on-site service and maintenance
Parts, labour, and travel for remedial repair on an as-needed basis for the duration of the contract
Unlimited telephone support during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, excl. holidays)
All applicable hardware, software and firmware upgrades
All servicing to be performed by Bio-Rad Laboratories (Canada) Ltd. trained and certified technicians
