DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”) as represented by the Minister of Central Services is carrying out the procurement in this Request for Supply Arrangement (“RFSA”) on behalf of the following public sector organizations, who are members of the Manitoba “Buying Group”:

The Government of Manitoba on behalf of the Archives of Manitoba (as the central agency responsible for records destruction services for Manitoba);
Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board (“Manitoba Hydro”);
The City of Winnipeg (“the City”);

The Buying Group is requesting proposals for the secure destruction services of record and media devices on an “as and when requested basis” (through entering a MSAA) for a fixed term of five (5) year. The Buying Group reserves the right to extend the MSAA for two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, at its sole discretion.

Manitoba, on behalf of the Buying Group, will enter into a Master Supply Arrangement Agreement (“MSAA”) whose Proposal is judged to best serve the interests of the Buying Group when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. Each BGM (including Manitoba) will then individually enter into a Participant Agreement (which incorporates all terms and conditions of the MSAA) with the successful Proponent(s).
