Description

Manitoba requires a consultant to conduct market research, consult with stakeholders, and provide a summary and recommended options for a competitive wage framework for funded non-profit child care facilities, encompassing a variety of position types and a funding model that ensures the framework can be implemented equitably and effectively.

The term of the contract will be in effect until the completion of the Deliverables. Work is anticipated to begin in September 2023 (approximately) and selected Vendor must complete and deliver the project within six (6) months from time of commencement of work or by February 29, 2024.
