This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to qualify for eligibility to provide Provision of Professional Business Consulting Services.

Manitoba intends to engage vendors to provide services related to the following categories:
•Financial Modelling and Advisory Services
•Business Administrative Services
•Logistics Services
