Description

The Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection Government Services (CPGS), requests Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of a secure and modern SaaS Benefits Management System (BMS) solution.

The BMS solution intends to improve client experience for applicants and complements Manitoba in effective management of funding applications.

The initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years of license subscription and support. Manitoba shall have the option to extend the agreement for additional two (2) terms of three (3) years each at its sole discretion.
