Description

It is the intention of the Government of Manitoba, Department of Justice, Community Safety Division, Custody (“Manitoba”) to enter into a sole source contract with SWS Detention Group Inc. from Winnipeg, Manitoba to provide the Replacement of multiple BOA Restraints including shackles, handcuffs and body suits to the High Security Upgrade BOA restraint systems with the (Medeco) DEADBOLT locking system.

Vendors who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the goods and services described in this NOI should submit a statement of capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this NOI on or before the closing date of this NOI. The statement of capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the Vendor meets or exceeds the contract requirements, including service requirements set out in this NOI.
