Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Northern Development, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide:
Aerial sketch mapping survey services to assess the extent and severity of forest health impacts caused by insects, diseases and/or environmental conditions on forests in Manitoba.
Building polygons for and of damaged forest, as well as identifying the disturbance type, its disturbance severity, as well as the dispersion of that disturbance within the polygon drawn.
The Agreement shall be for a fixed period of 4 (four) months anticipated to commence on July 4, 2022.
