Scope
Appendix B “Product and Price List”, contains the lamps and ballasts required for the participating School Division(s).  The estimated current annual usage purchased by the Metro School Division has been provided.
Specification
Bidders must submit pricing, an appropriate item description, catalogue information, and any other information as indicated below. 
The Division will accept pricing on equivalent or alternatives of “Environmentally Friendly” products, as long as proof of quality, grades (classifications), or certification are provided for the products.
Where the manufacturer’s name or “Trade Name” is given in Appendix B, it is intended as a guide only unless “NO SUBSTITUTES” is specified.  Indicate the alternate make/model on which you are bidding and include your description and product number in the space provided.
