Description

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified consulting organizations (“candidates”) to facilitate a process that will lead to the development of a new strategic plan for the LGCA (“project”). The scope of the project will include facilitating consultations between LGCA board members and key stakeholders, facilitating a strategic planning retreat for the LGCA board and senior management, and developing the LGCA’s 2022-2026 Strategic Plan for the LGCA board’s approval. Because of the project’s complex and sensitive nature, the successful candidate (“consultant”) will work closely with the LGCA to ensure the highest possible caliber of deliverables. The consultant must complete the project by November 30, 2021.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by courier in a sealed envelope labelled “Compensation”. One corresponding compensation envelope must follow by courier no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline. Information on pricing and costs must not be sent by email. Compensation envelopes will be opened and reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated.
