The LGCA anticipates that the contract will be awarded by October 18, 2023. Project work will begin as soon as possible once the contract is awarded. Samples of selected creative to be provided by November 17, 2023, to allow the LGCA to conduct creative testing. All creative assets to be completed by the week of January 22, 2024.
3.2. Candidate Questions

The LGCA will endeavour to respond via email to all candidate questions within two business days of receipt. The LGCA will respond via email to all questions and will not address questions over the telephone. Any candidates who wish to receive all questions and the corresponding responses must request this information formally. The LGCA will provide questions received and responses to those who have requested this information, without revealing the sources of questions. Requests, which must include contact information, may be submitted by email to sstevenson@LGCAmb.ca
3.3. Project Proposal Submission
Candidates must submit their project proposals by email to:

by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time on October 5, 2023 ("submission deadline").
Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by email to finance@LGCAmb.ca with the subject line: “Sports Betting Public Education Campaign Compensation.” Compensation submissions must be received no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline and will be reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated.
Please note that the project proposal may be a maximum of 30 pages, including any cover pages and appendices. The “Compensation” information is not included in this page maximum.
