Description

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified instructional design companies (“candidates”) to redesign the LGCA’s Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification program (“project”). The intent is to update the digital program to improve retention and application of the material by adult learners. The successful candidate (“consultant”) will work closely with the LGCA throughout the project. The project must be complete by May 31, 2022.

Directives additionelles d’appel d’offres

Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by courier in a sealed envelope labelled “Compensation”. One corresponding compensation envelope must follow by courier no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline. Information on pricing and costs must not be sent by email. Compensation envelopes will be opened and reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated.
