Description

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified consulting organizations (“candidates”) to develop a new performance management program for the LGCA (“project”). The scope of the project will include applying best practices to create a performance management program that includes resource guides for ongoing feedback and coaching, and templates and procedures for probationary reviews and annual performance reviews. The program must be easy to apply for office, field and hybrid workers, from front-line employees to management, and must link feedback to job descriptions and strategic objectives. The project must be complete by July 28, 2023.

Project Proposal Submission
Candidates must submit their project proposals by email to:

by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time on April 12, 2023 ("submission deadline").

Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by courier in a sealed envelope labelled “Compensation”. One corresponding compensation envelope must follow by courier no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline. Information on pricing and costs must not be sent by email. Compensation envelopes will be opened and reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated.
