Description

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) as part of its ongoing research program. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified research organizations (“candidates”) to administer a survey to a representative sample of at least 1,200 adult Manitobans (“project”). The 15-minute survey will gather information about current alcohol-, gambling- and cannabis-related attitudes, knowledge and behaviours. The resulting data will be used to inform public education initiatives and regulatory policy. Because of the complex and theoretical nature of the research topics, the successful candidate (“consultant”) will work closely with the LGCA to ensure the highest possible caliber of research. The consultant must complete the project by June 30, 2022.

Directives additionelles d’appel d’offres

Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by courier in a sealed envelope labelled “Compensation”. One (1) corresponding compensation envelope must follow by courier no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline. Information on pricing and costs must not be sent by email. Compensation envelopes will be opened and reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated.
