Description

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba ("LGCA") is issuing this request for proposals ("RFP") for an Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified consultants ("candidates") to evaluate the current system infrastructure and provide a comprehensive XDR solution to ensure the LGCA has the mechanism to meet today's threat landscape. The successful candidate ("consultant") will work closely with the LGCA to ensure the solution meets the objectives described in the RFP.

Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by courier in a sealed envelope labelled "Compensation". One corresponding compensation envelope must follow by courier no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline. Information on pricing and costs must not be sent by email. Compensation envelopes will be opened and reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated. See section 4.4 below for details on pricing and costs.
