Description

The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) as part of its ongoing public education mandate. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified design and/or marketing agencies (“candidates”) to provide creative services to extend the LGCA’s award-winning public education campaigns for cannabis. This campaign will follow the delivery of previous public education campaigns on the responsible use of cannabis. The intent of this campaign is to align messaging and creative with the holiday season in conjunction with low-risk strategies for cannabis. The successful candidate (“consultant”) will work closely with the LGCA to ensure the creative meets the objectives described below. The LGCA plans to begin running this campaign beginning in late November 2021.

Directives additionelles d’appel d’offres

Information on pricing and costs must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. This information must be submitted by courier in a sealed envelope labelled “Compensation”. One corresponding compensation envelope must follow by courier no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline. Information on pricing and costs must not be sent by email. Compensation envelopes will be opened and reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated.
