Description

The Town of Beausejour is calling tenders for the Fire Hall and Industrial Park Project.

Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on June 23, 2023 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, MB.

Works generally include:

Industrial Park Construction of approximately 1,270 m of watermains and appurtenances as well as approximately 360 m of low-pressure sewer piping
Fire Hall Construction of approximately 605 m of watermains and appurtenances as well as topsoiling and hydroseeding adjacent ditches
Topsoiling and hydroseeding adjacent ditches.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at the corner of James Avenue and PTH 302 starting at 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2023. Contractors are to meet at the northeast corner of James Avenue and PTH 302.

Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
