LOCATED IN TEULON, MB
Interlake-Eastern RHA, Manitoba, Canada requires prime consultant design services for the project – Sprinkler System Installation, within two juxtaposed IERHA facilities located in Teulon, Manitoba.
The overall objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) and the respondent selection process which will culminate in the execution of a Contract between Consultant and Owner is to evaluate prospective consultant interest in managing this Project. The IERHA wishes to ensure the process is fair, open and transparent.
Reporting directly to Tom Still, Project Manager - Capital Planning for the IERHA, the Prime Design Consultant will lead and coordinate all aspects of the design, tendering, award of construction contract, construction contract administration and post-construction activities.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Installation of a sprinkler system and components with new reliable technology, at the Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital and Goodwin Lodge Personal Care Home - IERHA facilities.
The Interlake-Eastern RHA is directing this Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to consultant firms with extensive design experience in projects of this type and scope.
Responses will be evaluated and MAY lead to a contract for services.
