Interlake-Eastern RHA, Manitoba, Canada requires prime consultant design services for the MB Health Safety & Security Projects #3707 & 3708 – Roof Replacements, within Eriksdale Personal Care Home and Eriksdale E M Crowe Hospital, Eriksdale, Manitoba.
The overall objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) and the respondent selection process which will culminate in the execution of a Contract between Consultant and Owner is to evaluate prospective consultant interest in managing this Project. The IERHA wishes to ensure the process is fair, open and transparent.
Reporting directly to Brad Dahl, Manager Facilities Management for the IERHA, the Prime Design Consultant will lead and coordinate all aspects of the design, tendering, award of construction contract, construction contract administration and post-construction activities. This will include collaborating with the Interlake-Eastern RHA during the noted stages of the project, and providing submissions on behalf of the Interlake-Eastern RHA.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Roof Replacement-Replace Shingles, deteriorated decking, downspouts and gutters.
The Interlake-Eastern RHA is directing this Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to consultant firms with extensive design experience in projects of this type and scope.
Responses will be evaluated and MAY lead to a contract for services.
