2017-138 - Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) - Mould Remediation Project

Sealed bids will be received at the offices of Pinchin Ltd. up to Tuesday, April 18, 2017 before 3:00:00 PM local time for the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) - Mould Remediation project, which includes site safety improvements, at the Pine Falls Health Complex located at 37 Maple Street in Powerview-Pine Falls, Manitoba.

Project Description:
The project is comprised of two seperate and distinct components that will be awarded and administered under a single contract.  The first of these being the mould remediation component of the project (IERHA Project No. 3475) is intended to address known areas of confirmed mould growth and moisture concerns within the existing crawlspace.  The second of these being the Safety & Security Project (IERHA Project No. 3479) is intended to address work at the exterior of the premises to improve overall access and security.  The Project Site is located at 37 Maple Street, Powerview-Pine Falls, Manitoba.

   Milestone Dates:
Tender Release:  March 28, 2017

Mandatory Site Visit:  1:30 PM, April 4, 2017 at the Pine Falls Health Complex front entrance, 37 Maple Street in Powerview-Pine Falls, Manitoba.

Tender Close:  April 18, 2017


The contract documents for the IERHA - Powerview-Pine Falls Mould Remediation project are required and available on MERX:
Project Manual and Drawings Package - Issued for Construction:  March 23, 2017.
