Description

Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, Manitoba, Canada requires qualified Engineering / Environmental consulting services to conduct documented Environmental Site Assessments (Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3) for the Selkirk & District General Hospital located at 100 Easton Drive Selkirk Manitoba.

The role of the requested Prime Consultant Services involves acting on behalf of the Interlake-Eastern RHA to identify actual and potential contamination by conducting a full building, crawlspace & site assessment on the aforementioned site (SDGH) as per Canadian Standard Association. CSA Standards Z768-01 – Phase 1 ESA, CSA Standard Z769-00 Phase 2 ESA. Using the documentation provided in Phase 1 ESA and Phase 2 ESA, a Phase 3 ESA will be required to identify the best available alternatives, costs, and strategies for remediation and environmental risk management.
