Sealed Bids will be received by the IERHA, c/o Crosier Kilgour & Partners Ltd. up to Thursday, June 29, 2017 before 2:00:00 pm local time for the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) – Arborg & District Health Centre – Drainage and Structural Remediation located at Arborg & District Health Centre; 234 Gislason Drive; Arborg, Manitoba.
Project Description:
Work comprises of drainage/structural remediation of Arborg & District Health Centre, specifically excavation & re-grading exterior to provide 2% slope to french drain/drain outlets, continuous ground cover, new sump pumps and pits, drainage tiles, re-grading and landscaping. Isolation of soil from support piles at projecting walls, through the introduction of voids, insulation or loose sand layers.
Milestone Dates:
Tender Release: June 15th, 2017.
