Description

The replacement of the two existing 25-year-old Ray – Pak cast iron sectional boilers is required as the two existing boilers have developed leaks over the years are becoming irreparable. The fire commissioner and service technicians have indicated that these will need to be replaced. In addition to the replacement of the boilers, the main control panel system has reached its end of life and will need to be replaced as well to ensure safety and efficiency are carried out for the facility.
