2020-230 - #4317 & #4330 Sidewalk and Perimeter Regrading Stonewall HC and Beausejour EGL

Beausejour East Gate Lodge - the original part of East Gate Lodge is concrete slab on grade site and has settled and shifted over the years, resulting in the grading sloping towards the building. This results in water infiltration and water seepage into the building. New elevations should be set, as well as establishing a drainage plan.
Stonewall Hospital and Clinic - The sidewalks at the main entrance of the Stonewall Health Center and the Clinic are heaving and have become a tripping hazard. These entrances are used by all patients, residents, staff and visitors.  Throughout the years, repairs have been attempted but the sidewalks continue to heave and deteriorate.
